Harrison Ford
Harrison Ford is an American actor. Regarded as a cinematic cultural icon, he has starred in many films over seven decades and is one of the highest-grossing actors in the world.
On our 15th year we was delighted to have Harrison Ford in attendance at our film festival. Mr Ford done a Q&A with our guests giving them a once in a life time opportunity.

Sir Idris Elba
Sir Idrissa Akuna Elba is an English actor, DJ, and rapper. He has received a Golden Globe Award as well as nominations for three BAFTA Awards and six Emmy Awards. He was named in the Time 100 list of the Most Influential People in the World in 2016.
We welcomed Sir Idris Elba to our film festival in 2013 when he produced an iconic film of Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom. Sir Idris Elba explained what motivated him to produce and act in this film, truly magnificent.

Damson Idris
Adamson Alade-Bo “Damson” Idris is a British actor, entrepreneur and film producer. He is best known for starring in John Singleton’s crime drama Snowfall, which debuted in 2017 on FX and ended in 2023 after six seasons.
In 2023, Damson Idris was welcomed to the Essex Film Festival to promote the last season of his iconic series “Snowfall.” Damson referred to money as the “root of all evil.”
