How do i buy tickets?

Tickets are purchased exclusively online. Tickets will be sent out to customers 3 days prior to the event they are attending their chosen event.

Are refunds available?

Refunds are available within one week of the event you have paid for. Refunds will be sent back to our customers within 1-2 weeks.

What types of films are eligible to be entered?

Any genre of film is allowed to be entered. The process of being chosen to be premiered at the Essex Film Festival involves steps of us approving the film once reviewing the footage.

Do filmmakers need to attend in person?

Filmmakers attending in person is compulsory in order to promote your film. We cannot voice your opinions. However, we do offer online services such as an online meeting to talk to our viewers on the big screen
